How to Sign up for SmartHub®

There are two options for signing up for SmartHub®.  Please select the option that best fits your needs.

Option 1: Stop By Our Office

If you would like assistance in signing up for SmartHub®, please stop by our office. One of our representatives will guide you through the process and provide you with an introduction to SmartHub®.

Option 2: Sign Up Online

  1. Read all of the instructions below before beginning. You may want to print out these instructions.
  2. Visit SmartHub. You will see the sign-up screen.

  3. Enter your personal details
    1. Enter your Account Number.
    2. Enter your last name or business name.
    3. Enter your eMail address.
  4. Click the ‘Submit’ button.
  5. You will receive an email with a temporary password. When you login for the first time, you will be required to choose a new password.

Now you are registered and can login and use SmartHub® using your home computer and web browser!

How to Use SmartHub on a Mobile Device

Use your Smartphone’s web browser such as Safari (iPhone) or Chrome (Android) to navigate to this page and tap the appropriate link below.

Alternatively, use your phone to scan the appropriate QR code on SmartHub’s “How do I get it?” page.

Download, install, and launch the app to access SmartHub from your mobile device.
